At The Palm Edit, every order is prepared with care to ensure a smooth and timely delivery from our studio to your doorstep.

 

Processing Time

Orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Shipping Options & Delivery

We offer several shipping options at checkout to best suit your needs:

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days
• International Shipping: 7–21 business days (transit times vary by destination and customs)

Please note that delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched. Carrier or customs delays are beyond our control, but we’ll always do our best to assist you if needed.

Order Tracking

Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Pre-Order Items

Items listed as pre-order will ship once they become available. The estimated ship date will appear on the product page.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout. The Palm Edit is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos if applicable. We’ll be happy to assist in resolving the issue.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applied by their destination country. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient.
