Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return & Refund Policy — The Palm Edit



At The Palm Edit, every piece is carefully curated to reflect our signature aesthetic. We want you to love your purchase, but please review our return policy before placing an order.



1. All Sales Are Final


Due to the limited and boutique nature of our collections, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for size, fit, or preference. Please review product descriptions carefully and check our size guide before completing your purchase.



2. Exchanges


Exchanges are accepted only for defective or incorrect items. To request an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@thepalmedit.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.


  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Exchanges are approved on a case-by-case basis and are subject to item availability.
  • If the same item is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead.



3. Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the issue and your order confirmation. Once verified, we’ll gladly replace the item or issue store credit.



4. Shipping Costs


Shipping fees are non-refundable. If an exchange is approved, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.



5. Lost or Stolen Packages


The Palm Edit is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. For assistance, contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.



6. Store Credit


Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card. Store credit does not expire and can be applied toward any future purchase on our website.



7. International Orders


All international sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on international shipments at this time.



8. Policy Updates


The Palm Edit reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
